Speakers 2026

Sudhir Vishnubhatla
Independent Researcher
IEEE Senior Member, FBCS.

Sudhir Vishnubhatla is an enterprise AI architect, independent researcher, Fellow of BCS (FBCS), IEEE Senior Member, and Full Member of Sigma Xi, with more than 19 years of experience advancing artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and large-scale information management systems.

His work focuses on agentic and multi-agent AI, SLM-first architectures, governance-aware intelligent systems, and cloud-scale enterprise platforms, bridging original architectural research with production implementation in regulated and data-intensive environments. His research includes the Governance-as-Architecture framework for compliance-native AI and an SLM-first multi-agent architecture for enterprise intelligent systems. His Governance-as-Architecture research received a Best Paper Award at an IEEE international conference.

Beyond his technical and research contributions, he is actively engaged in the professional computing community as an invited speaker, keynote speaker, technical paper reviewer, session chair, and technology judge. He has been invited to share his work through IEEE and ACM professional programs.

His broader work explores how enterprises can move from conventional AI automation toward trustworthy, efficient, and governable autonomous systems, with particular emphasis on financial and information management platforms.

The proposed title :- Cloud-Native Agentic AI: Building Scalable, Efficient, and Trustworthy Enterprise Systems.

Somu Suryanarayanan

 Staff QA Automation Engineer, CookUnity

Somu Suryanarayanan is a Staff QA Automation Engineer at CookUnity, where he builds agentic test automation systems that run in production. He designed and shipped a mobile automation framework built on Appium and the Model Context Protocol that took mobile coverage from zero to over eighty percent and reduced test authoring time from roughly six hours to about ten minutes. He is an IEEE member, a published author whose work is indexed in IEEE Xplore, and a peer reviewer and session chair for international conferences in computing and artificial intelligence.

Suchith Goud Arella

Senior Software Engineer, Cary, North Carolina, United States

Suchith Goud Arella is a Senior Software Engineer and active IEEE research contributor based in North Carolina, USA. With over a decade of experience, he architects enterprise systems across the financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare sectors, specializing in large-scale, regulated platforms where reliability, security, and performance are paramount.

His work centers on modernizing complex, mission-critical systems. He takes legacy applications that carry real operational weight and rebuilds them into scalable, maintainable platforms without disrupting the business that depends on them. He works across the full stack, from user-facing interfaces to distributed backend services and cloud infrastructure, and is frequently the engineer brought in when a project demands both technical depth and the judgment to make sound architectural trade-offs under production constraints.

An AWS Certified AI Practitioner, Suchith is also an active voice in the international research community. He has delivered a keynote address on the convergence of artificial intelligence across industries, co-authored peer-reviewed publications on applied machine learning, and pursues independent invention work in AI systems. His research interests include graph-based intelligence, multimodal AI, and the responsible application of machine learning in regulated environments.

He believes the strongest engineering earns trust: systems that are transparent, accountable, and built to serve the people who depend on them.

Rishiraj Kohli

Sr. IT Project Management Consultant

Rishiraj Kohli is a Senior IT Project Manager with over 10 years of experience leading enterprise IT transformation, digital modernization, and technology delivery initiatives. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Technology with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence at the University of the Cumberlands. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Explainable AI (XAI), enterprise AI governance, AI-augmented project management, and intelligent decision-support systems.

He is the inventor of an AI-Driven Project Governance technology, with a granted Indian Utility Patent and UK Registered Design, and co-author of the book Data-Driven Decisions: The Future of AI-Augmented Project Management. He has authored numerous scholarly publications, including IEEE publications, and actively contributes to the research community as a reviewer, Technical Program Committee member, Session Chair, and keynote speaker. He is a Fellow of BCS (FBCS) and an IEEE Senior Member.
